Project Timeline
1. Contact Us
Reach out and let’s talk about your dreams, goals and budget.
2. We come out
Set up an appointment to meet on site. During our visit to your home we’ll go over your vision for the space, offer up suggestions and take a measurement or two.
3. Make a deal
Within a matter of days the McBeth Homes team will draft a proposal for your renovation that meets your budget and will include project description and projected completion time.
4. Schedule
Sign agreement and get the wheels moving. Clients will work directly with the design team to approve 3D concept drawings and make selections for finishes.
5. Approval
Once concepts and finishes are approved by the clients, materials and products are ordered. Note: Due to COVID-19 related delays in materials delivery we do things a little differently.We place orders for all materials and finishes before we start the project to ensure that everything is available before it’s needed and your project can remain on schedule.
6. Get Started
Your project starts. By having done the hard work upfront with the design team and having products in hand the design team hands the plans off to the construction team where you receive constant communication about the schedule with day to day activities along with what to expect during each phase of the project.
7. Completion
Completion. Each job length is different but all end the same. We ensure that craftsmanship and quality in the end matches the expectation set from the beginning, and that your goals are met at the end of the renovation.
